Theta Healing techniques reprogram the unconscious mind — identifying and unblocking belief systems that prevent enhanced wellness.
Confidence is so important for the small business owner. I don’t have the time or the luxury of getting ‘stuck’, especially in these challenging economic times.
Like so many people, I experienced difficulties during childhood and young adulthood that had a profound impact on my life as an adult. As some point, however, I realized I had gone as far as I could and I would need help to continue on a positive, confident path of growth.
I chose Theta healing to help me do this. I met with a local Theta healer who informed me the color of my ‘aura’ indicated deep-seated, soul level pain. She told me I would need to let go to move forward, and that some of that pain I was carrying was the sympathy I felt for the pain my loved ones experienced. This was not my responsibility to carry. I deserved to be happy and healthy and to welcome all the good things life offered me. It was time to shed the perceived guilts of childhood, and stop forever the unhappy ‘tape’ playing in my head, which originated with the negative comments of others.
As a big fan of therapeutic massage, I especially liked smelling the incense, seeing the flickering the candles, and getting into the ‘zone’ during my session.
At the end of the first session, I felt calmer, lighter, and renewed in some strange way. Of course, for Theta healing to work well, you must be ready to believe, shed negative perceptions, be receptive to positivity, feel the energy of letting go, and be prepared to heal. It can take some work to get to this point, before your first session can occur.
At any rate, I’m a believer! My advice is to try it and see if Theta healing is the key to your happiness.
